1. The service
Zasper Studio, a venture by CENITPRO ("we," "us"), provides dedicated video editing services to creators and businesses ("you," "client") through recurring monthly subscription plans. On zasperstudio.in we also offer managed video marketing plans (strategy, production, and posting) as recurring monthly subscriptions, and a pay-as-you-go Editing Services option billed against a prepaid credit balance rather than a subscription.
2. Accounts
You're responsible for the accuracy of information on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Client accounts may have multiple seats with an Owner (billing and team management) and Requesters (submit and track work).
3. Payment & subscriptions
Managed Video Marketing plans are billed monthly in Indian Rupees (₹) and renew automatically until cancelled. Since subscribing is arranged directly with our team rather than through self-service online checkout, pausing, cancelling, or changing plans is handled the same way — contact us and we'll take care of it. Editing Services credits are a separate prepaid balance (minimum ₹10,000 per top-up), arranged and confirmed directly with our team — they don't auto-renew and are drawn down as you submit requests.
4. Deliverables & revisions
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverable for a given project transfers to you. Revision requests must relate to the original brief; requests for substantially new work are treated as a new project.
5. Acceptable use
You won't use the service to request content that is illegal, infringing, or intended to deceive. We reserve the right to decline or stop work that violates this.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zasper Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may end a subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be posted here.
