What we collect
Account details you provide (name, email), project briefs and files you upload, and contact details you share when subscribing to a Managed plan (name, company, email, phone) so our team can reach you to set it up. Editing Services credit top-ups are arranged directly with our team (bank transfer, UPI, or invoice) outside the platform — we don't collect or store payment card details ourselves for either product.
How we use it
To deliver the service: matching your requests to a specialist, processing payment, sending you email about your account and projects, and improving the vetting and delivery process.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run the platform: Cloudflare R2 (file storage), ZeptoMail (transactional email), and Sentry (error monitoring). We don't sell your data.
Your files
Project files are stored privately and only accessible to your account and the specialists assigned to your work — access is granted through short-lived signed links, not a public URL.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account by contacting us below. Deactivated accounts are retained in a deactivated state rather than immediately erased, to preserve billing and project history — deletion on request is honored.
